Did you know that our main building will celebrate its 100th anniversary in 2028?

Since 1928, the site we now know as ELCAP has continually evolved. As we approach the limits of our current space, a decision has been made to explore the development of a third building. This new addition would effectively bring our existing two buildings together, creating one cohesive and larger facility.

The proposal includes a new main entrance, along with the relocation of reception, kitchen and IT facilities. It would also introduce a new multi-purpose space overlooking the garden. Early feedback from the local community suggests this area could serve as a daytime coffee shop, while also functioning as a flexible hall or event space in the evenings.
